Documents you will need
- Passport bio page
Colour scan or photo, all four corners visible, valid for at least 6 months.
- Hong Kong visa / entry permit (e-Visa or label)
The approval you received from the Immigration Department.
- Landing slip / arrival record
Issued on arrival. A clear photo is fine.

Can you get me an earlier slot?
Slots are released by the Immigration Department and are the same for everyone. We help you use the system well; we have no priority access.
What if I arrived more than 30 days ago?
Register as soon as possible. We will tell you what the office may ask about the delay; we cannot advise on penalties.
