Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your email, name and phone number; the answers you give in an application form; the documents you upload (which may include identity documents, visas, address proofs and employment or company records); payment references from Stripe (never card numbers); and technical logs such as IP address and time of access.

2. Why, and on what basis

To deliver the service you ordered, to contact you about it, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to keep the service secure. We collect only what the service needs; each service page lists the documents it requires. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) we are the data user for this information.

3. Who sees it

Our team working on your case; the FASTGROUP operations platform, which displays order status and documents to authorised staff of the group; licensed partners where you ordered a service they deliver, limited to what that service needs; and our processors: Stripe (payment), our cloud storage provider (encrypted private file storage), our email provider, and our hosting provider.

We never sell personal data and do not use it for marketing to third parties.

4. Where it is stored and transfers

Documents are stored in private cloud storage with no public access; our servers and processors may be located outside Hong Kong. Where personal data is transferred outside Hong Kong we take contractual and technical measures to protect it. The locations of our processors are listed on request.

5. Retention

Uploaded documents are kept for the duration of the service and for a limited period afterwards to handle follow-up questions, then deleted; order and payment records are kept for the period required by Hong Kong law. You can ask for earlier deletion of documents once a service is complete.

6. Your rights

You may request access to and correction of your personal data, and ask us to delete documents we no longer need, by emailing the support address in the footer. We respond within the time the Ordinance requires.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. There are no advertising cookies.
