Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-08
1. Who we are and what we do
FastHK ("we") is an online administrative assistance service operated by the entity named in the footer. We prepare checklists, review documents, prepare forms and coordinate appointments and errands. We are not a government body, a law firm, an immigration consultancy, an accountant or a bank, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
Services described as provided through a licensed partner are contracted with that partner on terms disclosed to you before you pay. We say who provides what.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Decisions on visas, identity documents, bank accounts, registrations and appointments are made by the relevant authority, bank or institution. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome, timing or availability. Turnaround times on our pages describe our own work only.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are in Hong Kong dollars and are the service fee only. Government, bank and courier fees are separate and are stated on the service page. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; the order confirmation email states what you bought and for how much.
Services marked "from" are quoted at a base fee; if your case needs more than the base scope we tell you before any additional charge.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and genuine, that you are entitled to share them, and that you will respond to requests for missing or corrected documents. We may pause or cancel a service where documents appear altered or where the service would be unlawful.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for decisions of authorities or banks, for delays outside our control, or for losses arising from inaccurate information you provided.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
