Frequently asked questions
Is FastHK a government agency or an immigration consultant?
No. FastHK provides administrative assistance: checklists, document review, form preparation and coordination. We do not give legal or immigration advice and we do not represent any government department or bank.
Can you guarantee my visa, ID card or bank account?
No one can. Decisions rest with the Immigration Department or the bank. What we do is make sure what you submit is complete, consistent and on time, which is where most problems start.
What is included in the price?
Our work, as listed under "What is included" on each service page. Government fees, bank fees and courier costs are paid separately and are named on the page.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, in Hong Kong dollars. You receive a Stripe receipt and an order confirmation from us.
What happens after I pay?
You sign in with your email, complete a short form and upload the listed documents. We review them, tell you if anything needs fixing, do the work, and deliver through your dashboard.
Where are my documents stored?
In private cloud storage with no public links. Files are served only to you and to the team working on your case, and every download is logged.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before we start work on your case, in full. After work has started, refunds follow the Refund Policy. Government fees already paid are not refundable by us.
Why do some services say "Request a quote"?
Company formation, company secretary, audit and professional tax filing are regulated in Hong Kong and are delivered by licensed partners. Until a partner arrangement is confirmed for a service, we quote it rather than sell it online.
