Refund Policy

Before we start
If you cancel before you have submitted your form and documents, or before our team has started reviewing them, you receive a full refund of the service fee.
After work has started
Once review or preparation has started, we refund the fee less the value of work done, which we set out in writing. Once a service is delivered, no refund is due.
Outcomes we do not control
A declined bank application, a refused visa or an appointment that could not be obtained is not a ground for refund when the agreed work was done; our fee pays for preparation and coordination, not for the decision. Government and third-party fees paid on your behalf are not refundable by us.
How
Email the support address with your order code. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe; Stripe confirms by email. Bank processing times vary.
