Extending your stay under the Top Talent Pass Scheme

Timing
- Since 1 November 2024, Top Talent Pass holders may apply for an extension within the three months before their current limit of stay expires. A fee applies to extension applications under the talent schemes since 26 February 2025.
What is assessed
- Whether you have secured employment or established a business in Hong Kong, at a level consistent with the scheme, with supporting documents from the employer or the company.
- Consistency across your documents: names, dates, salary figures and addresses should agree with each other and with what you declared before.
